Congratulations on your acceptance as a Poster Presenter at the 2019 Performance Improvement Conference! If you have not already done so, please register for the conference as soon as possible. Primary Presenters can use promotion code “2019Presenter” for a complementary Day 2 registration. Additionally, you are responsible for your own hotel and travel costs.
In order to accommodate all of our posters and ensure attendees have the best chance of visiting your poster, please adhere to the following rules and guidelines for your poster.
All posters must be no larger than 4 feet tall by 4 feet wide. The conference staff will supply hanging materials (pins or Velcro tape) for posters.
Posters must be set up by 7:30 a.m. the morning of the conference (October 25th). Doors will open early at 7:00 to allow for early setup, and breakfast will be available early to poster presenters.
All poster presenters are required to be at their posters during the Poster Gallery at lunchtime, and are encouraged to be at their posters during networking breaks. Poster presenters will be asked to step out of the main session 5-10 minutes prior to the start of lunch to get their food.
All posters will be entered in the Poster Competition. All attendees will be given voting tickets to cast for their favorite posters. The top 3 posters will receive prizes at the end of the conference!
As you prepare your poster, please remember that attendees are looking for results-oriented and practical projects that will provide them with the opportunity to learn new skills and bring home ideas they can put into practice at their facility.
